Diabetic Living

Diabetic Living magazine was launched in 2005 and is now Australia's fastest-growing health magazine. One in four Australian adults is currently affected by either type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or pre-diabetes. Diabetic Living is the only lifestyle magazine serving their needs and supporting those who care for them.

The editorial content is focused on empowering readers to take charge of their health and diabetes management, and to give them the tools to live a full and active life. It is the most trusted source of day-to-day information for looking after diabetes and is widely recommended and backed by health professionals.

As making changes to their diet is the first step for people living with diabetes to take to improve their lifestyle, 50 per cent of editorial content is targeted food advice and there are more than 40 original and delicious recipes in each issue. These recipes are all developed and tested by Diabetic Living's dietitian and food editor to ensure they meet the specific dietary requirements for people with diabetes.

Diabetic Living is published under the Better Homes and Gardens masthead as a special interest brand extension and shares the same core values and editorial integrity as its parent magazine.

Winner of the 2012 AMA - Healthy & Family category, Diabetic Living is viewed as innovative in its content with a strong brand loyalty from its readers.
